A Christian school for students with mild to moderate (Level 1 or 2) Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or mild to moderate Intellectual Disability.
St Peter’s Heart and St Peter’s Anglican Grammar together create an inclusive learning community. We believe students thrive when they feel a strong sense of belonging, and we recognise the importance of building positive relationships with both students and their families. Our dedicated and experienced teachers work closely with students and families to foster a safe and supportive learning environment.
The concept of ‘a school within a school’ was key to establishing St Peter’s Heart, providing a tailored learning environment with a differentiated curriculum to support students.
The ‘two schools – one learning community’ model offers students the best of both specialised education and general learning experiences within a larger mainstream context. This dynamic approach gives students access to specialised staff and classrooms, while also allowing them to participate in the activities and events of the broader school community.
I would be delighted to give you a tour and look forward to welcoming you into our community.
