St Peter's Heart Fees

A non-refundable Application Fee of $90 should accompany a completed Application for Enrolment Form.

When offered a position at the School, an Acceptance of Enrolment Form is to be completed, accompanied by a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $900.

In the event of a student being withdrawn from the School at any time, the School requires notice in writing of at least one term. If one term’s notice is not provided then one term’s fees will be payable.

Sibling Discounts

When two or more children of the immediate family / household concurrently attend either the School, St Peter's Heart or Broughton Anglican College, substantial sibling discounts apply to the Annual Fee. These are as follows:

First Child No Discount
Second Child 10%
Third Child 50%
Fourth Child 75%
Fifth Child and Subsequent Children 100%

St Peter's Heart After Care

St Peter’s Heart After Care operates from 3.00 pm – 4.30 pm daily at a cost of $20.00 per day. Care is provided by our qualified Heart staff, ensuring the children’s needs are met in a small environment and also allows for continuity of care.

Fee Payment Options

The following fee payment options are available:

  • Payment by Fortnightly Direct Debit by the Terms of the Direct Debit Agreement.
  • Payment in Full within 30 days of Invoice Date (per Term).

Parents paying by this method may pay by Bpay, EFTPOS, Credit Card*

*Visa / Mastercard and AMEX** accepted. Actual merchant fees charged to process individual payments will be passed on to parents and are payable when a credit card payment is made. Current indicative merchant fees are Visa / Mastercard 1.2% and AMEX 0.95% of the transaction amount.

Outstanding Fees

If payment of the account is not paid by the due date then parents will be liable to pay an overdue charge which is reflective of the administration and financial cost to the College of the fees remaining unpaid. Currently the overdue charge will be equivalent to the applicable College financial intuitions corporate overdraft interest rate and will be charged daily subsequent to the due date on the amount outstanding. The current indicative corporate overdraft rate is 10%.

Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council reserves the right to review the continuing enrolment of any student at the College if an account is not paid by the due date. Amounts outstanding remain payable and Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council reserves the right to undertake any / all actions to collect monies owed as allowable by law.

The Schools Council is always sensitive to parents who may be having temporary financial difficulties, and encourages them to discuss their particular circumstances directly with the Central Services Office in the first instance.

Withdrawal of Students

Parents are required to provide at least one full term’s notice in writing to the Principal before terminating a student’s enrolment. If the required notice is not given, one term’s Fees and Charges are payable in lieu of notice and it is agreed that this amount is a genuine estimate by the School of the loss it would suffer as a consequence of insufficient notice of termination of a student’s enrolment.
