What does the learning look like at St Peter’s Heart?

We currently have three small classes. Each class has a Teacher and a Teacher Assistant. All students at St Peter’s Heart have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) developed in consultation with parents/carers. The IEPs outline adjustments and strategies that will assist in supporting students’ communication, learning, participation and safety, personal care and/or health care, movement, and other areas of their schooling and development. Students are taught using the same NSW curriculum and syllabus as any other primary classroom. Adjustments to learning are only made when they are necessary for the individual student.
